Hotel Arbaso - San Sebastian

The hotel had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location to housekeeping to restaurant. Further, it was really close to the shopping area, the city centre and across the road from the Good Shepard of San Sebastian Cathedral.

The twin room is light filled and has a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar and central heating😀

The noise from the restaurant was quite disruptive, especially since we were on level 1. It often continued until around 11 PM. The room layout wasn't accommodating for our luggage, difficult to move around comfortably. These factors left us feeling disappointed given the expectations we had for our stay.

ideal for strolling to parks and historical landmarks

We enjoyed how close we were to La Concha Beach, just a short walk away, and loved exploring the vibrant Parte Vieja, also only a few steps from our hotel, making our weekend strolls nice.

The beautifully appointed rooms. The staff offered really good assistance, especially when organizing our airport transfers.

I loved kicking back in the clean, modern room and enjoyed the amazing massage services after a long day of exploring. The sauna was a perfect way to unwind, too! Just a heads up, the parking fee caught me off guard, but overall, a solid stay with great amenities 😊

The stay included a spacious, well-equipped budget double room with modern amenities like a coffee machine and kettle. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and lively pincho bars. Valet service was really good. One highlight was the gourmet sandwiches available for room service that exceeded my expectations.

We had this killer split-level apartment in the attic! The high-tech features, like electronic roof windows, man.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it's worth it.

We had a blast exploring the area! The hotel was super stylish and clean. The staff was friendly and helped us find great local spots. Don't miss out on the restaurant-it's fantastic for breakfast and dinner. Plus, the location is perfect for hiking and biking!

Amazing location near the beach and old town. The staff was super helpful and responsive. Our room was the beautiful one, beautifully designed with a cozy atmosphere. There were three balconies with great views and a complimentary minibar stocked with local goodies. Spa facilities included a sauna and relaxing massages. Loved the vibe!

Stylish and immaculate with amazing dining

The attention to detail in the room was excellent, especially the Dyson hairdryer and stylish amenities. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering high-quality local dishes, made each meal nice. One small improvement could be more seating options in the lobby area.

The hotel is stylish and the staff is superbly friendly. the location is amazing, close to everything we planned on seeing. the rooms are large, light-filled, and offer a nice view. the service is good. There is a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the rooms.

I had an extra special stay here with a modern large bathroom and smart TV, plus a beautiful view from my twin room.
